Your mission

We are looking for someone who, with commitment and positivity, takes responsibility in the assignment and in the team every day at work. The work with us can be challenging and demanding, but also fun and stimulating. The job consists of helping residents with care tasks such as personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, physical and social activities, as well as performing delegated tasks such as administering medication and supporting individual training programs. We work person-centered and with a rehabilitative approach around the clock. You will work on a schedule that includes both day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend. You are expected to be able to work in other, often nearby, units in the building when needed, as the schedule may include so-called resource shifts.

You will work in a team-based manner

Through your and your colleagues' contact person assignments, you will work to ensure that the user receives their approved services based on the established implementation plan. The team is cross-professional and consists of, in addition to the user themselves and their relatives or representatives, colleagues, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, unit managers, and caseworkers. It is expected that you can work independently in your daily tasks, as well as lead and distribute tasks together with colleagues when, for example, there are substitutes present. It is also expected that you can perform delegated tasks based on the team's various professions, for example, from a nurse.

Your competence

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. Since the job requires documentation and communication, you need to be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have some computer skills.

As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and able to adapt your working methods depending on the user, while maintaining calm and control in stressful situations. We work in teams, so it is important that you are easy to collaborate with, solution-focused, and understand the importance of good communication in all situations. Furthermore, it is also important that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively and set and adhere to deadlines. You have the ability to see the whole picture and take into account the broader perspective, understand your role and assignment, and consider the best interests of the entire operation. Finally, you will be a good fit for this position if you have a genuine interest in people and service.
