Your role as a pharmacist with LMA authorization at Kronans Apotek in Vislanda

We are looking for an engaged and experienced pharmacist who wants to become Vislanda's expert in prescription medications and self-care products.

The pharmacy is located in the heart of Vislanda, and nearby there are a health center, dental care, veterinary services, a school, grocery store, and train station. Here, we have many satisfied customers of all ages. You will work alongside the fantastic Jennie, who is the pharmacy manager and pharmacist. She takes great responsibility for the pharmacy and creates world-class customer experiences.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from counseling and selling medications and self-care products to inventory management, campaigns, quality work, and development. You are responsible for ensuring that the operation complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances for outpatient pharmacies. The role also includes the following tasks within your area of responsibility:

• Dispense medications and offer safe and professional patient counseling while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Contribute to participation and good collaboration within the pharmacy through close cooperation with colleagues.
• Ensure that regular self-inspections of the pharmacy are conducted and that the pharmacy meets the requirements for self-control.
• Manage deviations and deficiencies that arise in the pharmacy, assess them, and take necessary actions.
• Have overall responsibility for following up on the quality of the operation and contributing to spreading knowledge about good medication use and quality within the team.

The pharmacy is open from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. We offer a permanent full-time position, and you will be part of pharmacy manager Jennie Andersson's team. Desired start date is according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have solid experience as a pharmacist and want to share your knowledge to contribute to good medication use and improved health – both for customers and colleagues.

For the role of LMA, you need to have at least two years of experience from a Swedish outpatient pharmacy and at least one year of documented quality work. We believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards common goals.
