AudioNova Skåne (Kristianstad, Hässleholm or Eslöv) is looking for Licensed Audiologists with a burning interest in helping others achieve the best quality of life!
About the role
The positions are part-time, 15 hours/week, with fixed working hours in the afternoon/evening Monday - Thursday from 16:30 to 19:30. Friday from 15:00 to 18:00 at one of the clinics in Kristianstad, Hässleholm, or Eslöv.
The first two weeks require attendance during daytime 40 hours/week Monday-Friday for introduction alongside experienced colleagues.
The positions are temporary with immediate start and at least 6 months ahead.
The roles require a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Audiologist due to solo work at the clinic.
As a Licensed Audiologist at AudioNova, you will work with the rehabilitation process in the form of hearing tests/needs assessments, service/adjustment of hearing aids and other technical aids, as well as follow-up visits. The work requires a high sense of service, flexibility when sudden changes occur in the day's program, and the ability to work in a structured manner. It is also important to prioritize and work towards both personal and common goals.
Knowledge of audiology as well as a good understanding of the relationship between audiology, products, and service is the foundation of the work. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and receive support from competent colleagues.

Examples of tasks
- Conduct hearing tests, evaluate the customer's specific needs, inform, and collaboratively choose the best solution for each customer.
- Adjust and set hearing aids and any technical equipment according to the customer's needs.
- Deliver high service throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Ensure that all processes and tasks are performed according to AudioNova's and the authorities' standards and guidelines.
- Actively participate in the measures proposed by the RSM or head office, e.g., process improvements.
About you
We are looking for you who are a Licensed Audiologist and passionate about providing professional customer service throughout the rehabilitation chain.
You have a good ability to convey facts and information in an easily understandable way to our customers and have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge.
You take independent responsibility, plan and organize your work to drive it forward effectively. Furthermore, you have a calm and stable demeanor, even in more pressuring situations. As we are part of a global corporation, we expect you to be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, and have a license approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare after completing your Audiologist education.
