At Kronans Apotek, we are now looking for licensed pharmacists to join our national competence pool – an engaged and supportive team that contributes its expertise where it is needed the most. Whether you are looking for an exciting summer assignment or a permanent position, we offer an opportunity to make a real difference.

🌍 A role with variety and development

As a national pool pharmacist, you will have a workday filled with variety and new perspectives on your profession. One week you might work by the sea in Bohuslän, and the next in the mountain environment of northern Sweden. You will meet new customers, collaborate with different teams, and gain a broader understanding of the business. You will also have the opportunity to:

• Enhance customers' medication use and health
• Be an important link between pharmacies, regions, and service offices
• Identify improvement opportunities in operations and customer flows
• Coach and educate colleagues in new working methods
• Participate in national campaigns and collaborations

🤝 Support along the way

In your daily work, your immediate manager in the competence pool will be a close support, ensuring that you have clear frameworks and good conditions for your assignment.

📄 Employment form and period

We offer both permanent employment and the possibility of a fixed-term position during the summer period, in dialogue and by agreement (for example, June–August).

We are looking for someone who…

is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician and is confident in your pharmaceutical competence, but wants more. You seek variety, development, and a touch of adventure. You need to have a B driver's license and be comfortable with traveling.
