Are you our new pharmacy manager at Selma Lagerlöfs Torg?

🌟With us, you are welcomed to a brand new and modern pharmacy in an exciting and growing district with modern surroundings. The pharmacy is medium-sized and staffed with a lovely team consisting of four pharmacists, a self-care manager, and you as the pharmacy manager, with extra staff as needed.

The pharmacy is located in an area characterized by growth and proximity to both housing and services. Our typical customer is engaged in their health and appreciates personal advice, high availability, and a wide range of self-care products.

As the pharmacy manager, you will lead and work together with your team to create a world-class customer experience and a workplace where both people and results grow.

The role involves both strategic and operational responsibility, where you lead the daily operations while also developing the pharmacy forward.

Your main responsibilities and tasks:

• Strengthen the business, inspire and motivate your employees.
• Offer the best possible customer advice and create a world-class customer experience.
• Be responsible for finances, budgets, and performance monitoring.
• Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the area.
• Have total personnel, work environment, and quality responsibility for the pharmacy.
• Ensure optimal staffing through scheduling.
• Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees.
• Lead the work towards set goals and create participation in the team.

Our opening hours are Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday–Sunday 9:30–13:30. You will be offered a permanent position with an initial probationary period. Start date according to agreement. 🎈

We are looking for someone who is a licensed dispenser, pharmacist, technician, or has another relevant background in retail. You have previous experience in a leadership role and may also be curious about starting to glimpse into the regional manager role with us.
