With us, you get the best of both worlds – for real! As a pharmacist, you will work 50% in our customer service and 50% at our pharmacy in Värmdö. We offer flexibility in placement; you do not have to sit at the same pharmacy where you work. For example, you can work as a pharmacist at our pharmacy in Värmdö, but have your customer service placement at another Kronans pharmacy in the area where you live or that suits you better.

📞What you do in the role of pharmacist in our customer service:

• First contact and handle comprehensive customer service issues
• Handling prescription-related questions: you will help customers with booking prescriptions at both local pharmacies and via e-commerce.
• Care sales: listen to the customer's needs, quickly identify new trends and demands, and improve the offering.
• Work towards jointly set KPIs: such as NKI, NPS, AHT, and ACW.
• General RX-related questions: includes dialogue with our pharmacies or our e-commerce.

🏥What you do in the role of pharmacist at the pharmacy:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at our pharmacy in Värmdö.

• Advice and sales of medicines and self-care products: you will help customers in both self-care and prescription.
• You help your customers achieve good medication use and health
• Care sales: listen to both visible and hidden needs of the customer through needs analysis
• Work towards jointly set KPIs: such as NKI, NPS, self-care packaging/customer, EMV, etc.
• General pharmacy-related tasks: Inventory management, campaign work, revision, sustainability, etc.
• You actively participate in reporting and follow-up of productivity and other goals
• You contribute to good collaboration regarding processes and efficiency together with warehouse staff, team leaders, and functional managers.

We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. Your closest manager will be one of our five Team Managers, and you will be employed in our customer service organization. Working hours may vary, and we are responsive to any requests.
