About the role and your tasks

With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. The fixed care contact is responsible for ensuring that the implementation plan is established and followed up for their users. The staff group is divided into smaller divisions, with 2-3 fixed care contacts who, together with a runner, are responsible for the work with the division's users. They may also visit other users.

As a resource, you work in more than one area. Your shifts are scheduled within the four areas; home care areas Norra Fäladen, Torn, Väster team 1, and Väster team 2. You are flexible and enjoy meeting new colleagues and working in several units. As resource staff, you work where the need is greatest and create security, warmth, and care for people who truly need it.

Your work is guided by the needs of individuals. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other tasks that the person you support needs help with. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the operations and maintaining good quality.

We offer everyone to work full-time

Which means 36 hours and 20 minutes a week. Everyone works every other weekend. If you work during the day, your working hours are from 07:00 to no later than 16:00. For the day, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a resource. For those who work evenings, the working hours are until 23:00. Which working hours and role suit you best?

We are looking for you who

• are a trained care assistant or an experienced care worker.
• experience in care work is an advantage.
• To work in home care, cycling experience is required.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
• You also need to have good digital skills, for example, in connection with documentation.

You are responsible, engaged, flexible, and attentive - with users, relatives, and colleagues. You understand how important it is for each individual to be involved and have influence over their everyday life.

About the workplace

Väster team two shares its premises with Väster team one on Starvägen. We are within walking distance from Lund C. Here, care staff, administration, and licensed personnel gather under one roof. The unit works in teams; care and health care staff around our users, for example, with the help of quality registers such as SeniorAlert, BPSD, and the Palliative register. Work is ongoing around everyday rehabilitation. We actively work with our work environment, for example, with health inspirers who work with recovery, micro-breaks, and much more. We offer our users "Stimulation in everyday life" through a meeting every week.

Lund municipality's home care is divided into several geographical areas. In each area, care assistants and care workers work in teams with health care personnel under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area has a unit administrator and coordinator/planner.
