At Ljuskällan's special accommodation, we always focus on the needs, safety, and well-being of the users. With us, you will have a meaningful job where you contribute every day to a safe, dignified, and enriching everyday life for our residents.

Your tasks include documentation, establishing and following up on implementation plans, as well as actively participating in the development work ongoing in the unit. You play an important role in ensuring high quality in care and in further developing our working methods together with colleagues and management.

As a nursing assistant at Ljuskällan's special accommodation, you provide care, service, social support, and meaningful activities based on each individual's needs, wishes, and conditions. You are the contact person for a number of residents and work to create close, trusting relationships with both residents and relatives. The work is done in close collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and management, where teamwork and engagement are central parts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and can demonstrate a protected professional title or a diploma from a nursing program. You have at least three years of experience working in the healthcare profession, which makes you feel secure in your professional role and in meeting our residents.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as a passed SFI course D.

We would like you to have experience working in a dementia unit and good knowledge of low-arousal approaches. It is an advantage if you have previously held delegation.
