Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous property technician for our client.

The person will belong to the property group consisting of a group manager, technical managers,

property technicians, property caretakers, and cleaners. Together, they are responsible for the maintenance and

operation of our properties, which include process facilities, laboratories, offices, and

technical spaces.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance and repairs

of properties and technical systems, identify and address problems, and work with

preventive maintenance in the form of care and inspection rounds. Jobs are managed and

documented in the operation and maintenance system MaintMaster.

• Monitoring and alarm management: Monitor that the facility operates optimally and safely via

our control system Desigo CC.

• Contact with contractors: Coordinate and oversee work performed by external

contractors, ensure they follow our safety standards and quality requirements, and act as a contact person between contractors and internal departments.

• Coordination: Collaborate with other groups and departments to ensure that

maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and without disruption to operations.

• Safety: Responsible for ensuring that safety regulations and procedures are followed, conducting regular

safety inspections and risk assessments, and taking measures to minimize risks.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with relevant education in property technology and several years of work experience in operation, maintenance, and management of properties, preferably industrial properties, as well as holding a B driver's license and having good driving experience. Basic computer skills and proficiency in the Swedish language in both speech and writing are required. The person should also have basic general technical knowledge of, for example, HVAC, cooling, heating, and systematic

fire protection work. It is highly meritorious if the person has experience working in control systems.

As a person, one needs to be able to work both independently and in a team and can take their own

initiatives. Good collaboration skills and communication abilities are essential.

Assignment Period:

The assignment period is from March 2, 2026, to August 31, 2026, with the possibility of

extension for a few months. The work is performed Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30.
