Welcome to Rinkeby Health Center!
We are now hiring another specialist in general medicine as part of our long-term commitment to fewer listed patients per doctor.
We offer you a safe and well-functioning workplace where job satisfaction, quality, continuity, and development are at the center.
Rinkeby Health Center is a well-established clinic with satisfied patients and a stable staff group. We operate in a multicultural community and have about 8,400 listed patients, all of whom have a named family doctor. The health center is centrally located in Rinkeby center, approximately a 20-minute subway ride from T-Centralen.
We have 5 general specialists, one specialist in internal medicine and endocrinology, 3 ST doctors, one AT doctor, and one licensed physician. We currently have under 1,500 listed patients per specialist and are working towards the goal of 1,100.
We have nurses working with asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and elderly care. We have our own foot care provider, rehabilitation coordinator, psychologist, and psychotherapist, with a strong focus on teamwork. We are a stable workgroup that enjoys working together and has low staff turnover.

Job Responsibilities
All tasks that a district doctor performs within primary care. We offer a varied job dealing with acute and chronic diseases, preventive measures regarding lifestyle habits, and patients of all ages.
The work requires broad competence and independence. As a general specialist with us, you will work both individually with your patients and in teams with all our different professional categories.
We care about a reasonable work environment and good patient safety and work to ensure that all specialists have a manageable list. Mentoring future colleagues is a given for you. You will mentor students, AT and ST doctors, and support other professional categories in medical assessments.
We actively work with digital communication tools, and parts of the work can be done remotely when the business allows.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist in general medicine and has experience working in primary care. Experience with the Take Care journal system is an advantage.
Employment Form
Permanent employment. Full-time. Working hours Monday to Friday, daytime. A probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in general medicine and working at a health center.
You are secure in your professional role and have the ability to see the organization from a holistic perspective with both the patient and the clinic in focus. You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations and have an easy time collaborating. As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs, and your approach is professional and humble. We place great importance on personal suitability.
