Casator Care is a smaller healthcare group with several operations located in Kalmar and Ålem. Our ambition is to create safe contexts where people are given the opportunity for change, development, and increased quality of life.

Within the group, we also operate Sörgården in Mönsterås, a housing with special services according to SoL for adults in need of support and care. The operation involves close collaboration between staff groups and nursing functions within Casator Care.

About the operations

Villa Lindö Investigation & Services works on behalf of the social services with children aged 0–16 years, their parents, and expectant parents. The work is carried out in interdisciplinary teams consisting of social workers, behavioral scientists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Together, we create comprehensive assessments where the child's needs are always at the center.

Villa Lindö Treatment Home is aimed at children aged 0–14 years, their parents, and pregnant women. The target group is parents and pregnant women with psychiatric issues, psychosocial issues, and/or comorbidity in the form of addiction. The work is characterized by individualized interventions, safety, and close collaboration with clients.

We have an employed psychologist in the operation, access to a consulting physician (psychiatrist), and close cooperation with the nurse at Sörgården.

About the position

We are now looking for a licensed nurse part-time (20-30 percent flexible working hours) who wants to become an important part of the Villa Lindö operations. The position suits you who appreciates both independent responsibility and close collaboration with other professionals.

As a nurse with us, you have overall responsibility for HSL and actively contribute to creating safe, secure, and quality care for those we meet.

Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for health and medical care (HSL)
• Medication management, dosages, and follow-up
• Issuing and following up delegations to other staff
• Conversations and support for clients/patients
• Collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other staff
• Participation in rounds with doctors (about once a month)
• Collaboration with the nurse at Sörgården
• Ensuring patient safety according to applicable laws and guidelines
• Documentation according to applicable regulations
