About the Job
As our new truck salesperson, you will be the engine behind the entire sales process, from the first call to securing the deal and delivering truck solutions that meet the customer's needs and expectations and a bit more.
You will have access to internal support from our sales administrators and product specialists, as well as guidance from Volvo Trucks experts. You will work goal-oriented with activities to achieve revenue and profit targets.
The position is based at our facility in Nybro. Frequent travel within the district, but also to bodybuilders and Volvo, occurs.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for helping customers and who thrives in a team environment, where job satisfaction is the key to success. Your business drive is strong, and you have the ability to see opportunities. Creating tailored solutions for customers of various sizes and needs is a natural way of working for you. Relationship building, both with customers and colleagues, is in your DNA. You win relationships through a positive attitude, perseverance, engagement, and initiative.
To fit into the role, you have a few years of experience and background in the industry. You communicate fluently in Swedish and are comfortable with English. Experience with MS Office and sales systems is desirable, and of course, you hold a C driver's license – CE qualification is a plus.
