Kitchen & Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Kitchen & Restaurant Manager for Good Morning Hägersten. Are you a driven leader with a passion for food, service, and business development? We are now seeking a Kitchen & Restaurant Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our kitchen and restaurant operations at Good Morning Hägersten.

About the role:

As Kitchen & Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for our entire food and beverage operation – from kitchen and dishwashing to breakfast, restaurant, bar, as well as events and conferences. You will lead, develop, and motivate the staff while ensuring that quality, service, and finances meet our goals. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities with the opportunity to influence and develop our offerings.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and organizing the work in the kitchen, breakfast, restaurant, and bar.
• Participating in daily operations and ensuring high service and food quality.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience, especially during events and conferences.
• Creating and adapting menus based on concepts, seasons, events, groups, guest needs, and financial frameworks.
• Budget and cost responsibility for all departments within the area of responsibility.
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating staff while creating a safe and positive work environment.
• Ensuring that hygiene, safety, and environmental routines are followed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar managerial role within hotel or restaurant operations.
• Is a confident and clear leader with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Has good financial understanding and experience with budgeting, cost control, and purchasing.
• Is quality and results-oriented, with a sense of service and guest experience.
• Thrives in an operational role where you both lead and participate in daily operations.
