A regular job. But more wiiie!Since 1923, we have brought people together to meet, laugh, and enjoy each other's company. Soon it will be your turn to join us. Here, you don't just work in an amusement park – you work in a whole world of experiences: rides, music, good food, hotels, shows, gardens, camping – and soon a brand new water world. We are open year-round, in different seasons and at different paces – but the joy is always there. And you are the one who helps create it. Here, the job is both big and small, everyday and wiiie, full of speed but with room for reflection. A regular job. But more wiiie!

We offer you this (and a little more!)

  • Everyday and wiiie. Here, the job is both fun and real. You make a difference – whether you work in the middle of the action or behind the scenes.

  • Colleagues and neighborhood feel. Here you will find experts on everything from spinning rides to smart Excel documents. Different jobs, different corners of the same warm neighborhood.

  • Value before profit. We are owned by the city. What you do contributes to something greater than ourselves.

  • Courage and method. We try new things – but always with sustainability in focus. Being at the forefront requires both ideas and reflection. Here, we have both.

You are one of the teamAs a team leader for the Camping Host Property at Liseberg, you will be a key person in the operation of our two camping facilities – Lisebergsbyn, which is open year-round, and Askim Strand, which is seasonally open from April to September. You support the area manager in daily operations and lead our team with a focus on property maintenance. Together, we are responsible for everything from outdoor environments to service and office buildings, as well as a large number of cabins, Bed & Breakfasts, and hostels.

The Camping Host team consists of about 10 employees, four of whom work with property maintenance. The group is led by an area manager and three operational team leaders, and during peak season, the operation grows significantly with many seasonal workers.

This is what a regular day looks like

Today's to-do: create magic – and ensure that our facilities are top-notch. You do this by:

  • Leading, planning, and distributing the daily work for camping hosts with a focus on property maintenance and upkeep.

  • Ensuring that the operation and maintenance of the facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Being a support for the team and creating a safe, secure, and well-organized work environment.

  • Maintaining high quality in service and interaction with our guests.

  • Following up on tasks and contributing to the adherence to routines and standards.

  • Collaborating with the Area Manager, colleagues in Technical Operations, and coordinating with external contractors.

  • Being responsible for purchases/orders according to applicable guidelines and contributing to cost-effectiveness.

Do we fit together?

At Liseberg, we believe that together we are stronger, and putting colleagues and guests first is a given for you. We are looking for someone who shares our core values; care, creativity, safety, quality, and joy, and with these, you want to help create Liseberg.

Do you have what it takes for the ride?

  • High school education, preferably with a focus on technology, construction, or property management.

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in relevant areas.

  • Good knowledge of property maintenance and simple repairs.

  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

  • A valid driver's license (B) is required.

  • Good IT skills.

  • Meritorious: Previous work in trades, plumbing, or from the camping and tourism industry.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a responsible person who enjoys finding solutions. You work in a structured manner and have a solution-oriented approach, while being able to switch between a holistic perspective and detail level. Your initiative, communicative strength, and creativity drive the work forward and create good results together with your team.
