Summer Staff 14-20 years - Perfect summer job for you!

Do you want a fun, social, and educational summer job by the sea?

We are now looking for engaged youth who want to be part of our team in the summer of 2026!

With us, you will work in a wonderful holiday atmosphere, meet people from all over the Nordic countries, and create memories for life!

We are looking for staff for:

• Family Bath Stora Blå – hosts, supervision, and service
• Activity Leaders – games, sports, children’s and family activities
• Spa Horisont: Shop, store, bar – customer service, cash register, and sales
• Café staff – customer service, cash register and sales, preparation of simple food

More roles may be added during the season.

Who are you?

• You are 14–20 years old
• You are cheerful, responsible, and enjoy working with people
• You like to collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere
• You want to give guests a fantastic experience
• You speak Swedish and English. Norwegian is a plus.
• No previous experience required – we will teach you on-site!
• You need your own accommodation nearby.
