As a substitute, you replace regular staff during short absences. This means that you perform the tasks included in the regular work at the workplace where you are working.

Are you a confident and flexible person who finds it easy to collaborate? As a substitute, you need to be able to adapt to new situations, as you may work at different workplaces and the working hours can vary.

As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of a good reception. You find it easy to collaborate and can adapt to changes. We believe that diversity, different skills, and experiences contribute to a good working environment.

We conduct selections and hold interviews continuously – but the need for new substitutes varies, which means that the process can take different lengths of time.

Within meal service, you will have a creative and imaginative job where you prepare and cook varied and nutritious meals. As a substitute cook or kitchen assistant, you can work both in larger production kitchens and in solo kitchens. It is an advantage if you have education focused on restaurant and large kitchen, at the upper secondary or post-secondary level.

Qualifications

To fit as a substitute, you need to:

• communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• have computer skills

It is an advantage if you:

• have previous experience in the profession
• have a B driver's license and access to a car

For work as a substitute, an extract from the criminal record is required.
