The hotel, with a restaurant and bar named Salon Terminal, opens in April 2026.

Thon Hotel Vasa will be a premium hotel with high ambitions. With us, every guest should feel expected and welcome. The restaurant, bar, and meetings will be important parts of the whole. The hotel is located at Vasagatan 20 in the heart of Stockholm, in a beautiful, fully renovated building from the late 1800s with seven floors and 144 rooms.

Our restaurant is planned to be a classic brasserie with Scandinavian elements.

Responsibilities:

• Dish handling

• Stock work

• Receiving goods

• Internal transportation

• Basic troubleshooting/repairs

• You collaborate with the hotel's other departments to ensure a world-class guest experience. The goal is for every guest to feel like an honored guest.

• You ensure cleanliness, order, and style.

• You work according to a schedule day-evening-weekend.

To thrive and succeed in this position, you should have:

• Knowledge of Swedish and English, sufficient to communicate with colleagues and guests.

• At least 2 years of experience in similar work at a reputable restaurant.

• Good hygiene knowledge regarding kitchen & dish.

• Good knowledge of cleaning machines.

• Good knowledge of how to clean kitchens, dishes, and food storage areas.

• You should enjoy seeking solutions and making the best of every situation.

• You need to be a good colleague who wants to help create a good workplace.

• You have an eye for detail and like order and cleanliness.
