Part-time receptionist wanted for our emergency accommodation located in southern Stockholm.

We are looking for an engaged and experienced receptionist for our hotel that serves as temporary emergency accommodation. We primarily collaborate with municipalities and provide an important community service.

About the position:

Part-time, with flexible working hours (evenings, weekends, and daytime by agreement)
The job includes reception duties, customer reception, and administrative tasks
Start date by agreement

Your qualifications:

Previous experience with a similar target group (people in emergency accommodation situations)
Good ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism
Experience in customer service or reception duties
Good Swedish in speech and writing
Able to work both independently and in a team

Meritorious:

Education in social or caring fields
Knowledge of common hotel systems
