Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Property Management, and Primär Cleaning Services.

As a group, Primär is large enough to have the resources to deliver to all types of customers, but small enough to be customer-oriented and flexible throughout Sweden. Job Responsibilities

As a team leader in cleaning services in this position, you are responsible for coordinating the cleaning delivery for customers in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. The focus is on cleaning, and in this role, you will have daily contact with employees within the assignment and with the operations manager. You will also be responsible for performing cleaning services within the assignment. Your tasks include:

• Cleaning the premises for the current customer
• Staff planning during sickness, etc.
• Scheduling
• Contact with the customer

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in cleaning services
• Documented experience as a team leader or similar
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and reading comprehension, due to the requirements of the job.
• SRY, PRYL, or similar education is an advantage

To be able to follow work instructions, safety regulations, and routines, you need to speak, read, and write Swedish fluently. The person appointed to this position will undergo a background check prior to employment due to customer requirements.

About the Position

This is a permanent full-time position with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The position applies to Gothenburg and surrounding areas. Salary and conditions are according to collective agreements, and an additional team leader allowance will be added based on responsibility. The applicable collective agreement is Service Entrepreneurs Municipal.
