About the role

As a planner at Hemtrevligt, you have a central role in the organization and are a true spider in the web. You are responsible for planning and optimizing staff schedules, maintaining ongoing contact with staff and customers. The role also includes responsibility for sales to customers, quality assurance of our services, and clear and present leadership.

You have overall responsibility for part of our operations in all of Skaraborg and will therefore be present at all our offices in the area: Falköping, Lidköping, and Skövde.

Your tasks

• Planning and scheduling of staff
• Daily staff contact and present leadership
• Customer contact and sales with a strong service focus
• Ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in our services
• Being proactive in the development of our one-time services
• Acting as the hub between customer, staff, and organization
