SimFAS Sweden AB was founded in Simrishamn in the mid-seventies under the name Adheseal. In 2013, the company got new owners and changed its name to SimFAS Sweden AB. In March 2019, the company gained new majority owners, Karnell Group AB, which has a turnover of over 1 billion SEK with 17 companies and 700 employees. Karnell is a long-term owner who aims to add value by being an active and engaged development partner. Today, approximately 6,500 tons of filler, adhesives, sealants, and joint compounds are produced. We have 28 employees and had a turnover of 118 million SEK in 2024.

Job Description Here you will have a job that never looks the same two days in a row. You will work at our filling lines with a mix of modern automated processes and manual tasks. This involves preparing, mixing, filling, packing, setting up, and maintaining the machines, driving forklifts, and ensuring that everything flows smoothly. Order and tidiness are a natural part of the day – we believe in keeping a neat and well-functioning production floor. Computer skills are required as you will work daily in our business system Navision and in our control systems. At the Filler Factory, which is one of our two factories, you will have almost full responsibility for production during your shift. This means you will have a real impact on how the day goes and can make your own decisions when needed. Currently, we work two shifts, and during peak times, there may be talk of three shifts.Your Profile You are someone who likes to get things done. You are practical, have a natural technical interest, and enjoy physical work. We value qualities such as being solution-oriented, seeing opportunities instead of obstacles, and having a positive demeanor even when things don’t go as planned. You always find something to do in between tasks – empty minutes are not really your thing – and order and tidiness come naturally to you. You see it as a given to jump in and help a colleague when needed. You thrive both working independently at times and collaborating closely with your colleagues when necessary. We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and genuinely wants to be here.
