We are now looking for a CNC operator with strong programming skills for a temporary position of 8 months, with a good possibility of extension. The assignment is full-time and will be carried out at a well-established and technologically advanced company in the Helsingborg area.

About the role

In the role of CNC operator, you have a clear technical responsibility where programming is a central part of the job. You will work with machining primarily steel and aluminum, as well as components with screw connections in a modern production environment with customized solutions.

Your tasks include:

• Independent programming of CNC machines (a crucial part of the role)

• Setting, optimizing, and operating CNC-controlled machines

• Monitoring production and ongoing quality controls

• Interpreting drawings, tolerances, and technical work instructions

• Daily maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment

• Active work on improvements of programs and processes

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in CNC programming

• Several years of experience as a CNC operator in the metal industry

• Very good knowledge in machining steel and aluminum

• Strong ability in reading drawings and measurement techniques

• Ability to work independently and take technical responsibility

• A valid driver's license and access to a car is an advantage

You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious. You have a technical interest and thrive in a role where your programming skills are crucial for the quality and efficiency of production.
