Job Description

Job Responsibilities

In the role of machine operator, you will work with:

  • Operation, monitoring, and responsibility for one or more production machines
  • Preparation, adjustment, and startup of machines, both technically and administratively
  • Execution and responsibility for parts of quality control
  • Careful work according to established routines, instructions, and checklists
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
  • Ensuring work safety according to applicable safety regulations

The work is technically advanced and involves the manufacturing of complex products, which places high demands on precision, focus, and process understanding. To succeed in the role, a disciplined work approach and a strong desire to learn and develop are required.

The working hours are scheduled for a 5-shift system with 12-hour shifts, day and night work (06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00) according to a rolling and fixed schedule.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is curious and motivated to understand the company's complex production processes. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have no problem switching between different tasks. The ambition is for you to stay long-term and become an important part of a stable and cohesive team. During the first 12 months, you will receive extensive training that provides you with a solid foundation in the role.

Qualifications:

  • Completed high school education
  • Driver's license B
  • Forklift license
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience in production work and/or as a machine operator

Meritorious, but not required:

  • Experience from manufacturing or industrial operations
  • Previous experience of shift work

Working in 12-hour shifts requires good physical endurance, even though the work does not involve heavy lifting. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
