About the role:

We are currently looking for a machine operator for immediate start, an opportunity for you who want to contribute to our client's continued development!

As a machine operator, you will work on manufacturing materials and products in our client's machinery. You will ensure that your workplace is organized and follow our routines. You will work according to the prioritization order S-Q-P (Safety – Quality – Productivity) and actively contribute with improvement suggestions that can develop and enhance the company's working methods.

Our client's production is becoming increasingly automated and digital; you will work with modern machines, monitoring systems, and digital tools.

Your responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to our routines and instructions

• Fill in necessary documentation correctly (e.g., BMR)

• Ensure that the materials you pass on to the next step meet the required quality

• Hand over important information during shift changes

• Follow safety procedures and operate machines safely

Main tasks

• Work with automated machines and understand how the digital systems function

• Perform first and last piece inspections according to routines

• Keep your machine area clean and follow the 5S principles

• Actively participate in improvement work and provide ideas

• Report safety deficiencies to contribute to a safe working environment

• Ensure smooth shift handovers and document any deviations

• Work towards set goals and report if something is not achieved

Requirements for your profile

• Experience in process industry or automation

• High school education, preferably in technology

• Ability to understand and fill in documentation correctly

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic computer skills

Meritorious experiences

• Experience with digital systems in production

• Good problem-solving skills

• Previous work experience in the food industry

• GMP, hygiene understanding

• Mature, responsible, and organized

• Structured and efficient in your work

• Cooperative and have a good attitude towards others

• Curious and willing to learn new things

• Independent and proactive

Working hours: Permanent night shift, Sunday-Thursday

Sunday: 23:59-07:05

Monday-Wednesday: 23:20-07:05

Thursday: 23:20-06:59

Start: By agreement

Location: Helsingborg

Scope: Full-time

A driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to and from the workplace.
