Do you want to work with modern technology in a highly automated production environment? We are now looking for machine operators for both our milling & turning department – an important role in our daily production where you will work with advanced machines and robotic solutions.

🔧 About the role

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our DMG Mori multitasking machines, Okuma lathes, Okuma mills, and Mazak mills with associated robot cells operate optimally in daily operations. You will work with:

• Efficient material changes and tool management
• Minor adjustments and compensations in machine programs
• Monitoring production and quality assurance
• Troubleshooting and addressing minor operational disruptions
• Collaboration with technicians and machine setters to ensure a smooth production flow

You will be part of an engaged team and work closely with machine setters, technicians, and colleagues in the factory.

• Loading and changing materials in machines and robot cells
• Performing tool changes and minor adjustments
• Measuring and ensuring that production meets the required quality
• Conducting minor troubleshooting and addressing deviations
• Contributing to improvement work and efficiency in production
• Collaborating with technicians during larger adjustments or disruptions

👤 Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in industrial production, preferably in machining. You have:

• Experience with CNC machines, preferably DMG Mori or Okuma
• Familiarity with working with automated production cells
• Understanding of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
• The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your part of production

You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. You have a structured approach to work and are used to maintaining a steady work pace, with a positive attitude and mindset.

Language skills: Swedish or English, spoken and written, is a requirement.
