Aimpoint is a world-leading company that develops and manufactures red dot sights.
They are expanding rapidly and now need reinforcement for their team in Malmö.
Here you will work in a precise and process-oriented flow, where your contribution is crucial for the quality of the products.

🛠 What does the role entail?

As an assembly operator, you will work practically in a structured production environment. You will rotate between stations and work on tasks that require concentration, precision, and fine motor skills.

📍 The position is for Aimpoint in Malmö

Working hours – shift work:

Week 1 (Morning): Monday–Thursday 06:00–14:20, Friday 06:00–12:00
Week 2 (Afternoon): Monday–Thursday 14:20–22:40, Friday 12:00–18:00

🎯 Is this you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with precision and quality.
If you have hobbies or experiences where fine motor skills play an important role – such as makeup, model building, firearm maintenance, electronics, or gaming – that is a big plus.

You likely have:

✔️ Good manual dexterity

✔️ Ability to focus for extended periods

✔️ Structure, precision, and a good workflow

✔️ Willingness to learn and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace

✅ We are looking for someone who:

🔹 Is at least 18 years old

🔹 Speaks and writes fluent Swedish at a very good level.

🔹 Accepts that a thorough background check will be conducted.

🔹 Accepts to attend a group interview, which is the first step in the hiring process.
There will also be a couple of tests and an individual interview.
🔹 Can accommodate the above working hours in their life and daily routine; there are no other alternatives we can offer.
🔹 Has the drive and willingness to learn and develop.
