Service Advisor Wanted for Authorized Workshop!

About the Position

As a service advisor, you are the link between the customer and the workshop. You are responsible for creating a positive customer experience from the first contact to the completed service or repair. The role is both administrative and relationship-building, suitable for those who enjoy structure, people, and a fast-paced environment.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Receive customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Schedule service and repair work
• Create work orders, cost estimates, and invoicing documentation
• Communicate with technicians and follow up on ongoing work
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience in the automotive industry (service advisor, parts, workshop, customer service, etc.)
• Is service-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing; English is a plus
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business systems such as Kobra, Cabas, Automaster, or similar
• Technical understanding of vehicles and workshop processes
