We are looking for someone to work as a Service Technician!

Are you technically inclined, solution-oriented, and have experience in service and installation of automatic door and logistics solutions? In this role as a service technician, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of Hörmann's wide range of doors, gates, docking stations with loading bridges, and weather seals at our customers' sites. You will effectively plan your workday together with our service coordinator, service manager, and technician colleagues.

During your workday, you will ensure that the work is carried out according to applicable safety regulations and report and document in the company's digital system.

• Preventive maintenance, improvements, and repairs on our customers' products

• Troubleshooting and actions during operational disturbances

• Customer contact and technical support at the customer's site

• Upselling by identifying improvement measures at the customer's site

• On-call work is part of the role

Experience in technical work, preferably in automation, electrical, and mechanics.

• A valid driver's license (B) is required

• Experience with doors, gates, or elevators is an advantage

• Good understanding of drawings, manuals, and instructions

• Familiarity with systems and ability to work with digital reporting

• Safety awareness and ability to follow processes and routines

• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; English is a plus

• Employment: Permanent, starting with a probationary period

• Work location: Travel within your district is required; suitable residence is Örebro.

• Working hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday
