Your Role

We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician for our operations in Karlskoga - a key person in a knowledgeable, unpretentious, and close-knit team that drives operational reliability in our new modern and automated factory. Here, you will be involved in the development from the start and help shape maintenance work at the forefront of the industry.

In this role, you will work with both emergency and preventive maintenance of our latest production equipment. You will troubleshoot, improve, and ensure that our machines and systems deliver at the highest level. You will also drive continuous improvements, not only in technology but also in our work methods and processes.

You will receive a thorough introduction and be part of a team in the form of a project group before the new factory starts. After that, you will gradually take on more responsibility, with the freedom to make decisions, develop solutions, and drive the work forward.

The work environment requires a sharp focus on safety - you will work closely with both advanced technology and safety-critical processes related to explosive materials.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and machine maintenance - and who thrives when problem-solving and technical development are at the center. You have previous experience in industrial maintenance, service, repair, or operational technology and are ready to take the next step.

You are curious, quality-conscious, and engaged. You enjoy learning new things, are happy to share your expertise, and value good teamwork. You are also flexible and comfortable collaborating closely with both production and the engineering department.

We would like you to have:

Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
Good understanding of industrial production and mechanical engineering
Ability to read technical drawings and instructions
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Driver's license (B-class) (requirement)

The work will eventually involve shift work.
