About the Position

As the Regional Sales Manager for Svealand, you will have a fantastic customer portfolio consisting of large established clients in a significant growth area. Your focus will be on nurturing and developing existing customers in the construction and rental sectors. The role will involve a considerable amount of project processing.

There are clear objectives related to the role that have been established together with the sales manager. If you are the right person for the job, you will be given great freedom with responsibility. About You

We are looking for an experienced, curious, and engaged salesperson who enjoys exceeding high targets. You have a strong drive and are accustomed to working in longer sales cycles with large companies.

Applicants should have experience in:

  • Sales with own customer responsibility

  • Working towards own budget

  • Acquisition of new customers

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Industry experience related to temporary electricity in the construction and rental sectors

  • Experience with similar products

  • Electrical knowledge

With strong social skills and the ability to engage with different personality types, you are an excellent communicator who can build relationships with both existing and new customers. You are responsible and instill security and trust in both customers and colleagues, as good collaboration is a key success factor.

The position requires a B driver's license.
