The Home Care Administration is responsible for the needs of elderly people regarding care, support, housing, and activities. The administration is one of the municipality's largest workplaces with approximately 2,200 employees. We constantly strive for development and renewal within our area of operation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for you who want to join our well-functioning team with about 30 colleagues with broad experience from various operations.
You are interested in change work and profiling the occupational therapist's professional role in the municipality. Together with a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the overall rehabilitation in the patient's own home, in special housing, or in the municipality's short-term housing.
Your tasks include ADL assessments, prescribing assistive devices, training in ADL skills, issuing certificates for housing adaptations, and instructing/training/mentoring relatives and care staff in the daily work around the patient. The measures are based on the patient's goals and needs and are individually adapted to support increased independence and participation in daily life.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist.
You should have experience working as an occupational therapist and preferably have knowledge or experience working with elderly people. It is an advantage if you have work experience as an occupational therapist in municipal operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and other professions in the organization. Other personal qualities we value are commitment, responsiveness, and the ability to plan your own workday and make independent decisions.
In the job, it also means that you should be communicative and have an easy time creating new contacts. We also want you to have the ability to work from a person-centered approach where the customer's resources and abilities are in focus.
You have the ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing and use various digital systems fluently and document in our document management system according to current legislation.
A driver's license (B with manual transmission) is required as travel to customers' homes occurs.
