Description

We are now looking for a process leader for the Individual and Family Care (IFO).

The operation is organized under the social administration and consists of five units: Financial Support Unit, Adult Unit, Children and Youth Unit, Family Unit, and Advice and Support Unit. The management group for IFO consists of the operations manager and five unit managers. The unit managers are supported by senior social workers/therapists who assist and lead the daily work. We are a stable and experienced management group characterized by drive and commitment.

Responsibilities

With us, you will have a key role in the transition work based on the new Social Services Act and in the work of developing our processes in systematic quality management. You will report directly to the operations manager, but in your role, together with the entire management team at IFO, you will support and lead the work to develop an effective social service with high quality. Together, we work from a holistic perspective and in collaboration around all of IFO's target groups and tasks.

Your assignment involves working with quality and operational development at both the IFO and unit levels, both operationally and strategically. The role of process leader means that you, in close collaboration with the operations manager, unit managers, and senior social workers/therapists, are responsible for supporting and driving the operations' assignments, processes, and projects that may arise. You collaborate both internally and externally to effectively follow and drive current processes. The assignment also includes responsibility for maintaining and developing the department's systematic quality management work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a social worker or has completed a higher education that the employer deems equivalent, as well as several years of experience in social work within authority operations IFO. Experience with children and youth is particularly important.

You have good knowledge of relevant legislation and are well-versed in the laws and regulations that govern social services work and can analyze and think strategically. You are pedagogical and have the ability to drive change work. Furthermore, you are outgoing, have good communication skills both verbally and in writing, while also being able to collaborate easily with others. You also have good digital competence and are accustomed to working in various operational systems and digital tools.

To succeed as a process leader, you need to have a holistic view that allows you to maintain focus on both culture and structure. You are proactive, goal-oriented, and have an easy time encouraging others' thoughts and ideas. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
