Junior Inside Sales Representative for Growth Company

We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented Junior Inside Sales Representative who wants to contribute to our client's continued growth.
About the Role
As a Junior Inside Sales Representative, you will be an important part of a sales team and work with sales directly to private customers. The role suits you who are at the beginning of your career but have a strong interest in sales, relationships, and business. You will work structured towards clear goals and have good opportunities to develop both professionally and personally.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Selling our products/services to private customers
- Actively working with customer dialogue, needs analysis, and advice
- Following up on leads and customer relationships
- Working towards set goals and contributing to the team's overall results
- Administrative work related to sales and customer matters
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is engaged, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced role. You are communicative, have an easy time building trust, and are driven by achieving results.
We would like you to:
- Have completed high school education (post-secondary education is a merit)
- Have an interest in sales and customer relationships
- Be structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Be comfortable with digital tools and systems
Previous experience in sales is a merit but not a requirement. We place great importance on personal qualities and the right attitude.
