As a customer and service coordinator at BIAB Locks & Alarms, you will play a key role in creating order, structure, and flow in daily operations. You will be the link between our customers, technicians, and management, planning, following up, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You will work both operationally and strategically. You will receive incoming cases, allocate tasks, communicate with customers, and contribute to improvements in routines and work methods. You will also lead and coordinate technicians during assignments.

The role suits you who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle many tasks, take on significant responsibility, and have multiple points of contact.

As a customer and service coordinator, you will among other things:

  • Receive and plan incoming service assignments and installations.
  • Prioritize and allocate tasks to technicians based on customer needs and resources.
  • Complete, document, and invoice service assignments and contract services.
  • Maintain daily contact with customers and technicians to ensure good communication throughout the assignment.
  • Follow up on cases and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, give instructions, and coordinate resources clearly and effectively.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute input to process development.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience in customer service, planning, or coordination, preferably within technology, construction, electrical, or HVAC.
  • Good computer and system skills.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Driver's license (B).

  • Relationship-building, you create a good atmosphere and long-term relationships through your approach.

Preferred if you have:

  • Background, knowledge, and experience from the lock and security industry.
  • Previous experience in planning technicians' work.
  • Technical interest or understanding of security solutions.
  • Experience with business systems or CRM.
