We are looking for an experienced and responsible team leader for our scrap and metal operations. The work is conducted outdoors year-round and is physically demanding. This position is suitable for you who have extensive experience in forklift driving, metal sorting, and a strong safety mindset.

Job Responsibilities

As a team leader, you will:

• Lead and distribute the daily work in the field together with other employees
• 
  
• Be responsible for customer reception and professional interaction with customers
• 
  
• Sort and handle different types of metals, such as iron, stainless steel, and other metals
• 
  
• Operate forklifts and wheel loaders in daily tasks
• 
  
• Record the customer's weight and document the materials the customer leaves on weight slips
• 
  
• Ensure that work is performed according to applicable safety procedures and internal workplace regulations
• 
  
• Contribute to order, structure, and safety at the workplace

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

• Forklift license (required)
• 
  
• At least 5 years of documented experience in forklift driving
• 
  
• At least 5 years of work experience in similar roles
• 
  
• Wheel loader license (required)
• 
  
• Good experience in metal handling and sorting
• 
  
• Experience in customer reception
• 
  
• Good physical ability as the work is physically demanding
• 
  
• Strong safety mindset and accustomed to working according to safety procedures
