Personal Assistant Wanted – Hourly Employment with Summer Substitute

I am a 65-year-old man looking for a personal assistant. I require assistance around the clock, and during certain parts of the day, double assistance is needed, which makes teamwork and camaraderie very important.

I cannot communicate verbally, but with time, attentiveness, and commitment, you will learn to understand me. I live in my own house in a rural setting.

About You:

I am looking for someone who is secure, empathetic, and has the ability to understand my life and my needs. You will work in a small team, which makes flexibility and collaboration particularly important qualities.

It is important to me that you are:

• honest, kind, and caring
• responsible and reliable
• non-smoker

You need to have good physical ability, as the job involves support during transfers.

Job Responsibilities:

As a personal assistant, you will accompany me in my daily life and in the activities I choose to do. The tasks are varied and may include:

• support during transfers and personal care
• household chores at home
• visits to cafes and restaurants
• outdoor activities
• activities such as cycling, horseback riding, and swimming

A driver's license is required as I have my own car. It is a plus if you enjoy cooking and baking – I appreciate coffee breaks ☺️

Employment Type:

The position is an hourly employment until summer, transitioning to a full-time substitute during the summer. There is an opportunity for a permanent schedule after summer if the collaboration works well.

The shifts are scheduled for day, evening, and night. Paid introduction is included, where you will shadow an experienced assistant.
