Hova Rörledningsaffär is a well-established company with retail sales, performing all forms of heating and sanitation installations.
Today, we are one of Sweden's leading heat pump installers. Since 1992, we have also had a well-stocked plumbing store that is part of the Bad & Värmekedjan.
We can offer you everything from bathrooms, tiles, and ceramics to heat pumps, water pumps, water purification, and underfloor heating. Our well-trained and dedicated installers assist with new installations or servicing existing products. We currently have 47 employees and a turnover of approximately 115 million.

We now want to expand the business with an additional team leader who wants to join us on our exciting journey. Perhaps you are the one we are looking for?

 

Job Responsibilities
As a team leader, you will be a key person in a close-knit team with 3 other team leaders who together lead about 20 experienced installers. You will be responsible for your own group with specialized expertise in bathrooms and bathroom renovations, managing projects with full overall responsibility. From the first customer meeting and calculation/quotation to planning, delivery, and final inspection, you are the one who ensures quality, timelines, and results.

The work is varied and customer-oriented, primarily focusing on the private market, but you will also have contact with smaller companies and players in the real estate industry, among others. This is a role for you who want to take the next step and work in a business-oriented position with significant personal responsibility and clear results focus.

The position is full-time, during the day, starting as agreed. 

Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in plumbing or construction who has preferably worked as a leading installer and wants to take the next step in their career. You are a confident and skilled installer at heart, with good industry knowledge and a solid understanding of the technical conditions for bathroom renovations.

You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch and German is considered an advantage. Furthermore, you have good computer skills, especially within the Office suite, and hold a B driver's license.
