We are now looking for a structured and business-minded Project Manager to join our team in Stockholm!

About the role

As a project manager at Sydställningar, you will play a central role in driving our scaffolding projects from inquiry to final inspection. You are responsible for the entire business process and are an important link between customers, suppliers, assemblers, materials, and management. The role requires a high degree of independence and clear leadership - you create security through clear communication, careful planning, and high engagement. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, which involves regular site visits and contact with both internal and external stakeholders.

As a project manager, you will be part of the Stockholm depot along with the department manager, other project managers, the assembly manager with subordinate staff, warehouse staff with team leaders, and drivers.

Main responsibilities

• Sales, calculations, project economics, and quotation work
• Planning of resources, materials, logistics, and timelines
• Project management from feasibility study to completion
• Work environment responsibility in your projects according to applicable laws and guidelines
• Ensure that projects meet quality, environmental, and safety requirements
• Contribute to improvements in work processes and routines
• Lead, support, and motivate employees towards set goals in the projects

Your profile

We are looking for a confident and engaged leader with good organizational skills and a strong interest in business. You enjoy responsibility, can take initiative, and are skilled at building relationships both internally and externally. You are business-minded, unpretentious, and solution-oriented with a natural focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management, calculations, and work management, preferably within scaffolding assembly or a similar industry
• Good knowledge of project economics, calculation programs, and planning tools
• Experience in contract law, work environment regulations, and sales is an advantage
• Good computer skills, including the Office suite
• Driver's license B (requirement)
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic English
