We are a young company but have many years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Our clear vision is to build Sweden's and the Nordic region's largest and best production partner in the heavy and medium-heavy machining industry. Our customers are found in Marine, Defence, Energy, Industrial Machines, and Aerospace. We currently have about 90 employees.

Your role:

We are now looking for someone with previous experience in warehouse management.

As a logistician, you will work with inventory control and optimization as well as the efficiency of these processes.

The work will consist of a mix of administrative and operational tasks.

Main tasks

• Receive, review, and report incoming deliveries in the warehouse
• Pick and transport materials from the warehouse to production
• Handle goods sent to and from Lego suppliers
• Prepare transport documentation and book transport
• Develop the company's logistics routines/identify improvements
• You will also inventory items and move materials in our business system
• Perform other tasks related to our logistics department.

To succeed in this role, we believe you need:

• Previous experience with ERP systems, Monitor is a plus
• Good computer skills
• Logistics education at least at the high school level, or equivalent.
• A clear sense of customer service and collaboration
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license

We are looking for someone who:

Wants to take our logistics department to the next level. You are curious about new systems and development projects while being meticulous and keeping a good order around you.

If you have previously worked in similar roles, that is of course an advantage.

The work is currently scheduled for daytime, but shift work may become relevant.
