Sola Air is the new airline putting Värmland on the map with direct flights from Karlstad to both Stockholm Arlanda and Copenhagen Kastrup. With the launch in spring 2025, we offer smooth and time-saving trips for both business and leisure travelers. Our goal is to combine a warm premium service with punctual departures for a seamless travel experience - every time.

About the role

As a flight attendant at Sola Air, you are our face outward and play a central role in creating a safe and pleasant journey for our passengers. With warmth, professionalism, and an eye for detail, you contribute to a customer experience beyond the ordinary.

We are looking for you who

• Have a natural sense of service and a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have the ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
• Are a team player who collaborates smoothly with colleagues to solve challenges and deliver the highest quality.
• Can work flexible and irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and very good knowledge of English. Värmland dialect is a big plus!
• Good physical and mental health as well as swimming skills.
• Valid passport and the right to work within the EU/EEA.
• A flexible and positive attitude towards work outside traditional working hours.

• Free training for a few weeks if you are new to the profession or if you have a Cabin Crew Attestation.
