We are now looking for a summer substitute for our transport department in Falun or Skoghall. In this role, you will be responsible for transport management of roundwood, administration of tracts and plans in flow control systems, operational responsibility for assigning recipients (including weekly/daily planning distribution, communication, and follow-up of plans and quotas). You will also be responsible for ongoing administration and follow-up of volumes and lead time.

Our goal is to provide our customers with raw materials in the right time and volume in a safe, qualitative, and efficient manner. The position involves many contact points both internally and externally.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for someone currently studying a relevant education at a university or vocational college in forestry, logistics, or transport. You have a strong drive and a good ability to structure your work, allowing you to handle many different tasks and responsibilities daily. Furthermore, we value your ability to collaborate with others as well as your ability to drive your own work.

Skills and qualifications required for this role:

• You are solution-oriented and approach challenges with a positive attitude
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver results
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Driver's license (B) and access to your own car
