Skeppa Rederi operates passenger traffic at sea within the framework of contracted public transport. We own and staff the boats that operate within the boat bus traffic in the archipelago municipalities of northern Vänern, Värmland.

We are now looking for more ship captains for the summer of 2025.

The position involves passenger boats during daytime and evening hours, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone skilled in operating vessels and who has:

• Ship captain class VIII or higher.

• Medical certificate for seafarers.

• Basic safety training.

Profile

As a person, you are responsible and social. You are meticulous and enjoy providing service to our passengers.

It is important that you are attentive and have good collaboration and initiative skills as we are a small team. Therefore, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

Meritorious

Good local knowledge.

Employment conditions

The employment is seasonal from June to August. There may also be work during the pre- and post-season as needed.
