We have exciting news! The short-term unit is moving to our brand new facility Ängegärde where we offer 20 modern short-term places – a place for safety and development.

Ängegärde is located in central Kungälv, making it easy to reach both by public transport and by car.

We work cross-professionally and collaborate closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. All ages are welcome, and we work a lot with palliative care – an important and meaningful mission. Job Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily support.
• Stimulation and activities. You will meet many new people and contribute to a stimulating everyday life.
• Documentation and planning.
• Laundry and alarm management.
• Healthcare tasks delegated by a nurse.
• Handle both planned and emergency interventions.
• Work based on individual implementation plans.

📅 Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend (2 weekends every 4 weeks).

🖥 IT support: Time Care Planning, Treserva, etc.

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant
• Provide proof of protected professional title or service certificate confirming that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Previously worked in a short-term unit within elderly care.
• Further education in dementia, palliative care, or psychiatry.
• Experience with Treserva and/or BPSD.
