We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager who wants to take a key role in our operations. In this role, you will be the spider in the web, ensuring that warehouse flows, production, and customer orders function efficiently, structured, and with high quality.

About the role

As a Warehouse Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations and development of the warehouse. You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure efficient warehouse flows, correct inventory levels, and continuous improvement efforts.

You will work closely with purchasing and sales teams to plan future needs and follow trends.

Currently, the role is solitary in the warehouse, with full operational responsibility. In the long run, there is an opportunity to build and lead a small warehouse team as the business develops.

We are currently facing an upgrade of our business system and a larger development project related to warehouse management, logistics flows, and digital working methods. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play an important role in this change process and have the opportunity to influence how the warehouse will function in the future.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Receiving goods and unpacking and entering them into inventory
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Driving forklifts with reach and counterbalance, including high lifts
• Assisting customers who pick up goods directly from the warehouse
• Responsible for inventories and stock balances, both ongoing and at year-end
• The warehouse also includes some production. You ensure that materials and components are available in time for production
• Orders from subcontractors are handled by purchasing, in close dialogue with you regarding needs, timelines, and delivery
• Ensuring that the warehouse meets its goals regarding delivery precision, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Daily planning and prioritization based on delivery times and customer needs
• Leading any additional staff in the warehouse during future expansions
• Responsible for order, structure, and safety in the workplace
• Streamlining flows to reduce lead times and picking errors
• Initiating and driving improvement work related to processes, logistics flows, and work environment
• Being involved in developing routines and working methods – we love improvements

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish in speaking and writing
• Good English speaking
• B driver's license (manual)
• Experience in forklift driving (reach and counterbalance)
• Good computer skills
• Experience in leadership or organizing work

Meritorious

• Experience in warehouse management and structured warehouse processes
