JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lissgården is now looking for engaged and caring nursing assistants.

Lissgården is a special accommodation run by Sollefteå municipality. The residence has 24 apartments and is staffed around the clock. The operation is characterized by person-centered care, security, and respect for the individual.

The primary task as a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care and service according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. You create security, meaningfulness, and well-being from a salutogenic perspective.

We work according to the value foundation for elderly care: The elderly should live a dignified life and feel well-being.

Examples of job responsibilities

• Provide support and care to our residents, according to current routines and guidelines.
• Assist with sampling and perform simpler medical procedures.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of individual care plans.
• Collaborate with other professional groups to provide the best possible care and rehabilitation.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have training as a nursing assistant and proof of protected professional title.

You need to be able to communicate well in Swedish as you will have dialogue with users and colleagues as well as follow written and oral work instructions and also document.

You are flexible, responsible, and have a good ability to collaborate in a team.

You enjoy working in a care-related role and have a genuine interest in providing our residents with the best possible care and support.
