Speech Therapist for Student Health in Kramfors Municipality

Do you want to contribute to ensuring that students receive the right support to achieve their goals and develop based on their own conditions? We are now looking for a speech therapist for our student health - a central and important function in the municipality's schools.

As a speech therapist with us, you will work independently but in close collaboration with educators, and your field will include the municipality's preschools and primary schools. You will contribute your expertise in everything from language development interventions to guidance and support in the teams around children and students.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a speech therapist, you will:

• Support educators with guidance, consultation, and training to create linguistically accessible learning environments.
• Contribute expert knowledge in student health teams and networks, both locally and regionally.
• Work preventively with language, reading, and writing development so that more children have the right conditions from the start.
• Support the work with alternative communication methods such as signs and visual aids for children who need it.

We offer you a stimulating work environment where you will work closely with other professionals within student health, such as school psychologists, school nurses, and special educators.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed speech therapist.
• Has experience working with children and adolescents, preferably within schools or healthcare.
• Has a good ability to collaborate and communicate with both adults and children.
• Is engaged, attentive, and wants to contribute to developing student health work in Kramfors Municipality.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

This position is a temporary contract.
