The LARO reception works with medication-assisted treatment and rehabilitation for individuals with opioid dependence. In your profession, you support the patient in adhering to treatment and planned interventions, as well as maintain contact with relevant healthcare providers, medication management, and administration. Sampling and administrative work are included in the position. At the LARO reception, nurses, treatment assistants/care assistants, medical secretaries, social workers, doctors, and unit managers work together.

Nurse for the LARO reception, Sundsvall

As a nurse at the LARO reception, you will be offered an exciting job where you have the opportunity to combine psychosocial treatment and medical treatment. We work in teams where the patient's rehabilitation goals from their dependency illness are in focus. Working as a nurse in LARO operations largely involves:

• Administration of substitution medication
• Clinical assessments of patients during visits to the reception
• Medication management
• Participating in joint forums
• Administrative work
• Contact and collaboration with relevant healthcare providers

Through your work, you will gain in-depth knowledge of work within psychiatry and experience in addiction care within psychiatric specialist care. You will receive an introduction from experienced staff on-site. At the LARO reception, you work daytime Monday to Friday. Weekend work may occur, which means 1 weekend out of 5 and only between 8 AM and 1 PM.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has work experience in the profession
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you

• Have further education in the field of addiction, dependency, and/or psychiatry relevant to the position
• Have experience working in healthcare and social care, particularly in addiction care/psychiatry
