Björnaborg is beautifully located in Björna, close to forests and fields.

We are staffed around the clock with skilled and dedicated personnel. Together with the unit manager and nurses, we provide care, service, and support to our residents. We are now looking for two committed employees for 100% permanent positions who want to be part of our wonderful team and make a positive difference for our residents.

Responsibilities

As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life to the fullest. Participation, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements create conditions for good quality.

Your tasks include personal care, case management duties, and social and physical activities with our residents.

We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a pleasant environment for our residents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a certified nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education in geriatrics and/or dementia or have a focus on psychiatry. Experience working in care and support is an advantage.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods.

For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required to communicate with users, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.

We wish that you have a driver's license as there are limited opportunities to get to and from work via public transport.
