The Role of the Nurse

As a nurse with us, you will be offered a stimulating and varied job with the opportunity to rotate between the clinic's different units. We offer you a developing and stimulating position where you can grow in your role.

Your Future Workplace

Our clinic consists of Maternity, Postnatal, Postnatal outpatient clinic, Obstetric outpatient clinic, Ultrasound clinic, Breastfeeding clinic, Specialist maternal care, AURORA activities, Gynecological care unit and outpatient clinic, as well as Women's health care and youth clinic. As a nurse and summer substitute, you will work in the women's clinic's Care Unit.

When you work with us during the summer, you contribute to good and patient-safe care. During the interview, we will tell you more about our operations and the tasks involved.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or graduating in June 2026. We want you to work at least six weeks during the period of weeks 25-32. Introduction will take place in the spring of 2026 and will be tailored to your circumstances.

We are looking for you who are a licensed or newly graduated nurse. We value that you are a secure and responsible person who appreciates teamwork. You have the ability to empathize with others' situations. You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. We meet patients from different backgrounds and circumstances, which requires sensitivity to each individual patient's needs. It means a lot to us that you have a positive attitude towards both tasks and colleagues, and together we create good and safe care with the patient in focus. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

The program consists of 20 full days spread over eight months with lectures, internships, and reflections. RIU gives you the opportunity to meet other nurses in the same situation where you exchange experiences and support each other.
