The Role of Nurse

The psychiatric inpatient department has 15 beds + 1 place for SI – self-chosen admission for patients aged 18 and older with acute mental illness within general psychiatry and psychosis care. We work in teams with continuous improvements of daily work and its content. Furthermore, we work salutogenically and strive for an evidence-based and person-centered approach. As a nurse with us, you lead and plan care both independently and in teams where the patient is included as an equal partner. You are part of the patient safety work and participate in the development of nursing work and the department's continuous improvement efforts.

The summer jobs are fixed-term full-time positions. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. There may also be opportunities for night shifts. We need substitute nurses during weeks 24-32. To have the best summer planning possible, we appreciate if you can work at least four consecutive weeks during the summer. Introduction will take place in addition to these weeks.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or who will graduate as a nurse no later than June 2026.
